Group Discount Promotion in Nov & Dec 2024

Terms & Conditions

1. The offer is applicable on HM v.v.route
2. Promotion is only valid for groups of six or above travelling together on the same flight.
3. Discount is based on net fare only; taxes are not included.
4. Reservation must be made at least 2 days in advance.
5. Once the booking is confirmed, no amendment or cancellation is allowed.
6. Should the flight be cancelled due to bad weather or operational reasons on our part, the passenger will be given a non-transferable rebook letter for the redemption of the unused helicopter ticket and can reserve another helicopter trip within 90 validity days. Refund on the offer will not be available.
7. EAA shall not be liable for any claims for compensation or expenses incurred by the passenger as a result of the flight cancellation.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
9. Terms & Conditions of Ticketing policy for Promotion shall apply.
10. In case of dispute, the decision of EAA shall be final.
